From source to cup, one craft all the way through
Kimor Roastery is a small-batch roastery that runs every step — from bean selection to sealing the bag — in our own facility. We don't outsource any part of the process: we set the roast profile, and we taste every single batch ourselves.

A small team keeps Kimor running — first through the door every morning, checking every batch by hand. From roasting to barista training, everyone sits at the same table and tastes from the same cup — no one here only cares about their own part of the process.

Every batch is profiled the moment it reaches our facility — the roast curve is tracked, temperature and time are logged. Once roasting ends, that same batch is cupped on the panel and the notes go into our logbook. The goal is simple: the same consistency in every cup.
We don't just roast — there's also a place under the same roof where you can sit and drink the coffee we brew. If you want to see where it comes from, our door is open.
