This Explicit Consent Text is prepared pursuant to Article 5(1) of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") to obtain your approval for the processing of your personal data carried out by Kimor Coffee Roastery solely on the basis of your explicit consent. Processing activities directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract — such as order placement, delivery, payment, and the fulfillment of legal obligations — do not require separate explicit consent; these activities are described in detail in our Privacy Policy & KVKK Privacy Notice.
The processing activities listed below are carried out only if you give your explicit consent; declining or withdrawing your consent does not in any way affect your right to place orders or use our existing services.
Under Article 3 of the KVKK, explicit consent refers to freely given, informed approval relating to a specific matter. The consent you give for the processing activities listed above is based on this definition: you are informed in advance about which of your data will be processed and for what purpose, and your consent is given voluntarily, without any pressure or coercion.
Your explicit consent is obtained by checking the relevant consent box on the order-completion screen or during newsletter sign-up. The consent box is unchecked by default and is only considered valid if you check it yourself.
You may withdraw the explicit consent you have given at any time, without giving any reason. To do so, you may use the unsubscribe link in the emails sent to you, turn off the relevant preference from your Account panel, or send your request to info@kimorroastery.com. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of that consent before the date of withdrawal.
