The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with Turkey's Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose characteristics and sale price are specified below and which the Buyer ordered electronically through the Seller's Site.
Products are roasted and packaged within 1-2 business days after order confirmation, and delivered across Turkey within 2-4 business days via our contracted courier. Delivery is free for cart totals of ₺750 and above; for orders below this, the shipping fee is shown separately in the order summary.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery to themselves or the person/entity at the address indicated, without giving any reason and without paying a penalty. Notice of withdrawal, together with the return request, must be sent in writing to info@kimorroastery.com.
In accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products whose packaging has been opened and whose freshness and hygiene have been compromised, single-use products (such as opened coffee bags), or goods that perish quickly or may exceed their expiration date.
For disputes arising from this agreement, the Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade.
This agreement sets out the general terms applicable to all orders placed through the Site; product, price, and delivery details specific to each order are shown separately on the order confirmation screen.
