Once your order is confirmed, it is roasted and carefully packaged within 1-2 business days and handed over to our shipping partner. You'll receive your tracking number by email once it ships. Standard delivery across Turkey takes 2-4 business days from the shipping date. We currently ship only within Turkey.
Shipping is free on orders of ₺750 or more. Below that amount, a flat shipping fee of ₺100 is shown separately in your cart summary before checkout.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of the product being delivered to you or to the person/entity at the address you indicated, without giving any reason and without paying a penalty. Simply send your withdrawal notice, together with your order number, in writing to info@kimorroastery.com.
In accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products whose packaging has been opened and whose freshness and hygiene have been compromised, or for single-use products (such as opened coffee bags). For products falling under this exception, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged or was shipped in error.

If your order arrived wrong or damaged, email us at info@kimorroastery.com with your order number and we'll start a free exchange or return right away. In these cases, an opened package does not affect your return rights.
