Kimor Reserve
Reserve is a separate line we set aside a few times a year, only for the highest-scoring micro-lots. Each batch is roasted in limited numbers, labeled with its own lot number, and once it's gone, it's not made again that year. It comes in different packaging with a different story than the standard collection — made not for an ordinary day, but for a special moment.
A few times a year, only the highest-scoring micro-lots are selected and roasted in limited quantity.
Every bag is labeled with its own serial number — which batch, roasted when.
Once that year's batch sells out, it's never made again — the next Reserve is an entirely different micro-lot.
